As November Draws to a close

2009, a magnificent year.

It's full of ups, downs, and everything in between.

As November draws to a close, its hard to comprehend that the end for this year is actually only a month away, and a new year will loom in place of the phenomena that is two thousand and nine.

This year had been an all important journey of self-discovery. Don't you agree?

It is true that as we leave our teens, we start to dabble in new and different things. We mature and we think a lot differently.

As the age of nineteen is slowly leaving me, I am more and more convinced of this fact coming to fruition.

For example, it will always be the 'way we say it', not the 'what we say'..

And then, there are people called friends, and there are people called beneficiaries...

Some more, there is never a 'right thing' in doing something. Only the most appropriate action at that particular point in time.

And then, unless we make some noise, what we do will always go forgotten and be taken for granted.

But then, real friends are the ones who will always tell you the things you don't want to hear.

And if it does not break your heart, it isn't love.

And if we want to speak to any one, speak to God, for God will always listen. 

These lessons in life are things that colour our life most because we don't stay stagnant at a particular place in time. It is these lessons that give us something to hold on to in life, because we know we can improve. And that, is what 2009 is all about. 

'Self discovery is a journey of the mind, body and soul. But it goes without saying that self discovery comes only to those who seek for it.'
